Registration Information

Registration policies: 

-- There are no refunds for withdrawals once a registration has been completed.
-- There will be a $10 administrative fee assessed for all requested changes to original registrations.
-- Classes that include a supply kit cannot be changed once the supply kit has been picked up by the participant.
-- Classes may be cancelled by NCE due to low enrollment, so please register early.
-- Classes cancelled by NCE will be refunded in full. Refunds will be made by check from the Town of Needham and may take up to three weeks. 

Waitlist: If you would like to add your child to a waitlist for a full class, please email Carolyn Colonna, NCE Program Director, at: Include the class name, class location, your child’s name and your best daytime phone number. If a spot becomes available, you will be contacted right away.

Scholarship assistance is available. Students who qualify for free or reduced lunch are invited to take a class each session with NCE at a reduced price. Scholarship registrations cannot be taken online, please email Carolyn Colonna, NCE Program Director, at: or 781-455-0400 x5 for assistance.

SchoolPay: Please note that you will NOT be able to use your child’s Nutrition Services SchoolPay account to register and/or pay for NCE classes. The NCE Elementary catalog and related emails will include a direct link to the NCE Elementary registration page on SchoolPay, where you will then be prompted to complete all required information and checkout (without using your child’s student account). We apologize for this inconvenience, but the student accounts do not enable NCE to capture all of the information we need for each student.

Confirmations: Upon registration, you will receive a confirmation email from Your child is confirmed in the class upon receipt. If you don’t receive your receipt, please check your SPAM folder. NCE will be happy to assist if the receipt cannot be located.
